Training Program

Our 12 to 18 years old Volleyball Training Program is designed around a Developmental Training Program which teaches  the Fundamental skills and physical coordination necessary to play the sport of volleyball. 

This is a year round program with a monthly fee and an annual registration. The goal for this program is to further increase the love for the sport while at the same time polishing the athletes skills in order to be able to play at a competitive level.

Please keep in mind that this program runs all year round but from August-June it follows the Miami Dade County Public Schools calendar therefore we will be closed on national holidays.
